Alien abductions

So quite recently there has been a spate of Alien Abductions in the Bozenageles area . It usually happens in relation to storms blowing through the valley . Has anybody considered what the ultimate goal of these abductions is ? Is it limited to the region or is it nation wide ?
Who is abducting these Aliens and what are they doing with them ?
